Job description:
Analysis of systems for major CRM projects in a leading financial organization
Diagnosis and mapping of needs, process analysis and implementation of solutions
Requirements:
Experience as a CRM systems analyst
Experience in writing technical business characteristics
Good technological understanding and familiarity with relevant development technologies
Experience in leading processes and writing documents – a must
Experience in characterizing interfaces with infrastructure systems
Experience with SIEBEL systems – a significant advantage
Location: Central Israel
